I have a 100% success rate for achieving End of Waste’ status for the numerous submissions I have made to the Environment Agency Definition of Waste team. Past submissions have ranged in complexity including those using hazardous materials such as Air Pollution Control Residues (APCr).
Through my past experience I can structure an End of Waste submission to include all the necessary information providing the right level of detail to optimise your application which will reduce the number of requests for further information from the EA. In turn this reduces any delay and additional costs associated with achieving end of waste.
I am able to assist in ensuring the correct data is obtained during the trial stage of producing a recycled product for use in the the risk assessments and other documentation incorporated in the End of Waste submission.
End of Waste status for a material can:
- dramatically improve marketability leading to increased sales income or disposal cost reduction
- provide confidence for customers and consumers that the recycled product has no negative impact on the environment
- enhance competitiveness for the supplying Company
